This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the Quill Note website (quillnote.ai) and app (app.quillnote.ai), run by Orion Solutions DOOEL (“we”, “us”).
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work or stay secure; others are used for statistics or advertising. Websites can also store information in your browser’s “local storage”, which works in a similar way.

Visit statistics: we use Umami to see how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from (for example a search engine or LinkedIn). Umami uses no cookies and no local storage, doesn’t store IP addresses and doesn’t identify you.
The app uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, such as the theme and which notebook you last opened. This is strictly necessary for the app to work. The same Cloudflare security cookie (__cf_bm) may be set. The app does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Payments: when you open the payment window, it is provided by our reseller Paddle, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies to process the payment securely. See Paddle’s cookie policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website or app from working, for example signing in.
If the cookies we use change, we will update this policy and the date at the top.
